Seminar Schedules
The Philadelphia Sheriff's Office offers a free seminar explaining the process of purchasing a sheriff sale property. The class is given twice a month, on a Wednesday from 12 – 1:30pm in the Sheriff's Office located in The Land Title Building, 100 S. Broad Street, 5th floor.
